  • Analysis and design of Power Transmission line (TL) and communication and broad casting towers and tower like structures: Self-supporting towers, Guyed towers, Mono-Poles
  • Use of 60 deg., schifflerized angles, Circular, Square hollow sections, Cold formed steel and GFRP sections for towers.
  • Finite element modeling and failure analysis of towers and tower like structures and remedial measures
  • Full scale Testing of TL and communication towers, Masts, Poles, Guy towers, Mechanical strength tests of Insulators etc.
  • Development of optimal configurations for transmission and communication towers
  • Up gradation schemes and Strengthening techniques for the existing towers and Retrofitting for the corroded leg members in foundation
